Custom Products

Everpressed creates personalized products using images, designs, and information submitted by customers. By placing an order, you confirm that you have the right to use any images, logos, artwork, or other materials you submit.

You are responsible for reviewing all personalization, spelling, names, dates, and images before submitting your order.

Product Appearance

We make every effort to accurately reproduce your submitted images and designs. Because screens and printing processes vary, colors may appear slightly different from what you see on your device.

Minor variations are a normal part of the handmade/custom production process.

Orders

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Everpressed reserves the right to cancel an order when necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, technical errors, or inability to fulfill an order.

Once a custom order enters production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Intellectual Property

All Everpressed branding, logos, photographs, product designs, website content, and original artwork are owned by Everpressed Co. and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

By submitting your own images or artwork, you confirm that you have permission to use those materials.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on our website accurate and current, but product descriptions, pricing, availability, and other information may occasionally change without notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Everpressed Co. is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
